Shiraz/Viognier: This innovative blend of red Shiraz grapes and white Viognier grapes has become a favourite of Aussie wine lovers. While the name suggests a traditional blend, this wine is actually produced by co-fermentation, to preserve the brightness of the red pigments and enhance the flavour. Our Shiraz/Viognier is vibrant and fruit forward with aromas of cherry, orange blossom, and a hint of honey, leading to luscious blackberry characters on the palate. This medium bodied red is perfect for sipping with friends.

Chardonnay/Semillon: This refreshing blend of two traditional French varieties has become one of Australia’s most popular white wines. The Semillon brings the richness of nut and straw to balance the Chardonnay’s bold tropical fruit flavours. Tangy tones of apple, pineapple and spice lead to a long, clean finish. Refreshing and crisp, this is a great wine for everyday sipping.
